Employment Opportunity: Inside Sales Coordinator, Full time

Trusource H2O Canada Inc. is a Montreal based Canadian company whose mission is to contribute to happier and healthier workplaces. We offer a wide variety of premium filtered water dispensing equipment for all of our customers’ needs. The only thing that can rival the quality of the water, is the quality of our service. We are currently looking to grow our technical service team by adding a qualified Inside Sales Coordinator.

 

The Inside Sales Coordinator’s daily tasks consist of:

  • Assist & support the sales team in achieving budgets and sales objectives;
  • Perform various clerical tasks to ensure that sales files are compliant;
  • Provide good customer service with existing customers by obtaining feedback;
  • Assist sales representatives in their meetings with prospects;
  • Manage and monitor all active sales opportunities;
  • Attend meetings related to the sales team;
  • Ensure customer retention/growth by managing renewal program.

 

The Inside Sales Coordinator’s should have/be:

  • an ability to multi-task;
  • a clear communicator;
  • strong people skills;
  • a collaborative team player.

 

Requirements:

  • Professionnal degree in sales and/or administration;
  • Fully bilingual in French & English (spoken, written, reading);
  • 2+ years of customer service/sales experience;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
